Receta Chocolate Chip & Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. blended oatmeal (use either oat flour or measure & blend rolled oats to a fine powder in a blender)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 ounce. chocolate chips
- 4 ounce. grated Hershey bar
- 1 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Cream butter and both sugars.
- Add in Large eggs and vanilla.
- Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
- Add in chips, candy and nuts.
- Roll into balls and place 2" apart on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 6 min at 375 degrees.
- Makes approximately 50 cookies.
