Receta Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. pumpkin (squash)
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Combine all dry ingredients and toss together. Add in remaining ingredients except chips and blend well. Stir in chips. Spoon into muffin - paper lined pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-27 min. Makes 2 dozen.
