Receta Chocolate Chip Sandies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon water
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon shortening
Direcciones
- Beat butter with electric mixer for 30 seconds on medium. Add in sugar. Beat till fluffy. Add in water and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in flour and 1/2 of the chocolate chips and pecans.
- Shape dough into 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch crescents. Bake at 325 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet for 25 min or possibly till edges are hard and slightly brown. Cold completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Heat remaining chocolate chips and shortening. Dip one end of cookie into chocolate. Place on waxed paper. Refrigeratetill chocolate is set. Makes 36 cookies.
