Receta Chocolate Chip Sour Cream Pound Cake

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Unsifted flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Butter, softeded
- 6 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract or possibly flavor
- 1 pkt Lowfat sour cream (8 ounce)
- 1 c. Mini chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Stir together flour and baking soda. In mixer bowl, beat sugar and butter till fluffy. Beat in Large eggs, one at a time, till smooth; add in vanilla. Beat in lowfat sour cream alternately with flour mix. Mix in chocolate chips. Pour into well-greased and floured 10- inch fluted tube cake pan. Bake 1 hr. and 15 minutes. or possibly till wooden pick comes out clean. Cold; remove from pan. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar if you like.
