Receta Chocolate Coconut Frosting

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 3/4 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 x Hershey's Lowfat milk Chocolate Bars, 1.55 ounce. broken Into pcs
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. Mounds Sweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
Direcciones
- In 1 small saucepan and cornstarch; stir in evaporated lowfat milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix boils; remove from heat. Add in chocolate bar pcs and butter; stir till chocolate is melted and mix is smooth. Stir in coconut and nuts.Immediately spread on cake. About 2 c. frosting.
