Ingredients: 1 c. semi sweet chocolate pcs; 1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar; 1/3 c. salad oil; 2 x Large eggs, medium size; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 c. all purpose flour; 1 tsp baking pwdr; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/2 c. minced nutmeats, optional; 1/2 c. powdered sugar or possibly more

Ingredientes

1 c. semi sweet chocolate pcs
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/3 c. salad oil
2 x Large eggs, medium size
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp baking pwdr
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c. minced nutmeats, optional
1/2 c. powdered sugar or possibly more

Direcciones

Heat chocolate pcs. Combine with brown sugar and all. Add in Large eggs one at a time. Beat well. Add in vanilla. Combine flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in to chocolate mix. Mix well. Stir in nuts. Refrigeratedough. Drop by teaspoonfuls in powdered sugar. Roll to coat. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 10-12 min. Remove from oven. Cook on rack.
