  1. Beat together the creme fraiche and egg yolks. Add in the melted chocolate and beat for 2 min more, or possibly till very thick. Let rest for about 10 min, beat again briefly and then use immediately.
  2. This frosting is also quite good on the Amazon Chocolate Cake . . . Oy!
