Ingredientes
- 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 lg. Large eggs
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour, unsifted
Direcciones
- Heat chocolate and butter in pan. Add in nuts and stir. In a separate bowl, barely stir together sugar, flour, Large eggs, and vanilla. Don't beat; just mix in.
- Add in chocolate and nut mix to above mix and barely stir. Don't beat. Not a smooth looking batter. Fill c. 2/3 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 min. Makes 20 cupcakes.
