Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter flavored Crisco
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. butter flavored Crisco
- 1 teaspoon Crisco
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Cream Crisco till fluffy. Beat in sugar. Add in egg and vanilla. Blend well. Stir in lowfat milk. Stir in dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake 7-9 min on greased sheets. Brush with melted Crisco. Cold.
- Heat Crisco and chocolate chips. Dip one end of cookie in chocolate. Cold on racks. These look pretty when pushed through a spritzer to "finger" shapes.
