Receta Chocolate Fudge Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Butter, softened
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Sugar mixed with
- 4 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1 pkt (12-ounce) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 c. Minced nuts
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large mixer bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract; beat till creamy. Beat in Large eggs. Add in your sugar and cocoa mix and mix well. Gradually add in flour mix. Stir in semi-sweet chocolate morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 min.
