Ingredients: 1 1/2 sqr unsweetened baking chocolate; 1 c. butter unsalted; 1 c. half and half; 2 c. sugar; 2 tsp vanilla extract

Ingredientes

1 1/2 sqr unsweetened baking chocolate
1 c. butter unsalted
1 c. half and half
2 c. sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract

Direcciones

Heat chocolate and butter in heavy saucepan. Add in half and half and sugar. Mix well. Cook fast till it comes to a boil, then turn down the heat. Bring to a soft ball ( use a candy thermometer). Cold slightly and add in vanilla. Beat with a mixer a till it reaches spreading consistency.
