Ingredientes
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 marshmallows
Direcciones
- In microwave, heat chocolate in 1 1/2 qt glass casserole. Mix together sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Add in lowfat milk slowly to dry ingredients, stirring constantly. Add in to chocolate and blend well. Cook 4 1/2 min, stir, cook 1 more minute. Quarter marshmallows and add in to chocolate. Stir so which marshmallows heat and are blended. Add in beaten egg. Cook 1 minute. Remove from oven, add in vanilla.
