- Grease 9x13 pan. In large bowl combine all brownie ingredients. Beat 50 strokes with spoon. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 min. Don't OVERBAKE. Cold completely.
- Spread 2/3 c. of the fudge topping over the brownies. Open up the ice cream box and slice ice cream into 1-inch sections. Place these on top of the brownies so they are completely covered.
- Heat the remaining fudge topping and drizzle on top of ice cream. Cover and freeze several hrs or possibly overnight. Let stand a few min before cutting.
