  1. Line base and side of deep 20cm cake tin with greaseproof paper.
  2. Separate Large eggs.
  3. Cut cake into 1cm cubes.
  4. Dissolve the gelatine in warm water.
  5. Heat chocolate and butter over simmering water. Stir in bandy, icing sugar and gelatine.
  6. Allow to cold 3 min, then beat in the egg yolks.
  7. Beat cream till soft peaks form.
  8. Beat egg whites till stiff.
  9. Quickly fold cream into chocolate mix.
  10. Mix in egg whites in two batches.
  11. Pour half the chocolate mix into prepared tin.
  12. Place cake cubes on to chocolate mix, top with remaining chocolate mix.
  13. Chill over night.
  14. Invert on to serving plate, decorate with whipped cream, strawberries and grated chocolate.
