Ingredientes
- (Parve)
- 5 ounce Bittersweet Chocolate
- 3 Tbsp. of water
- 1 tsp of instant coffee
- 1 Tbsp. of Margarine
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. of Sugar
Direcciones
- Heat chocolate, water, coffee and Margarine together. Cold slightly. Separate the Large eggs. Beat egg yolk. gradually add in 1 Tablespoons of sugar Add in egg yolks to the chocolate mix. Beat egg whites. Gradually add in 1 Tablespoons of sugar and beat until egg whites stiff. Gently add in to Mousse. Chill. You can also whip some Parve whip cream (Rich) and spread on top if you want a real treat.
