Receta Chocolate Ms. Smith's Fudge Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- In saucepan over low heat. Combine butter and chocolate. Heat stirring frequently. In bowl combine sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in chocolate mix. Beat Large eggs and add in to batter with vanilla. Stir till well blended. Line muffin tin with papers. Fill each 2/3 full. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-40 min. Check for doneness by inserting toothpick till it comes out clean. Cold 5 min. Makes about 18.
