Receta Chocolate No Bake Nuggets

Ingredientes
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth or possibly crunchy)
- 1/2 c. coconut (optional)
- 1/2 c. butter
Direcciones
- Put sugar, cocoa, lowfat milk and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and quickly add in oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla and coconut if you like. Drop by tsp. onto waxed paper. Cold and store in covered container.
