Receta Chocolate Nut Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. Packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Almond extract
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. Baking cocoa
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Vanilla baking chips, 6 ounces
- 1 c. Minced almonds
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add in egg and extract; mix well.
- Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add in to creamed mix and mix well. Stir in the chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-9 min. Cold on pans for 1 minute before removing to wire racks; cold completely.
- Yield: about 5dozen.
