Receta Chocolate Oat Crisps

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Rolled Oats
- 2/3 c. Flour All-Purpose
- 2/3 c. Granulated Sugar
- 1/3 c. Cocoa sifted
- 1 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 x Egg Whites
- 1/3 c. Corn Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Crispy Rice Cereal Nonstick Cooking Spray
Direcciones
- In large bowl, combine oats, flour, sugar, cocoa, baking pwdr, and salt.
- In small bowl, whisk egg whites, corn syrup, and vanilla together to blend well. Add in liquid mix to dry ingredients, stirring till all ingredients are moistened. Stir in cereal. Dough will be thick. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in preheated 350 deg F (180 deg C) oven 9-11 minutes, or possibly just till set. Cold 5 minutes on baking sheet, then remove to wire rack to cold.
