Receta Chocolate Orange Pie

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce orange juice concentrate
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. plain cocoa
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 5 Tbsp. granulated fructose or possibly honey
- 2 x Large eggs graham-cracker pie shell or possibly chocolate-cookie shell ready-to-fill fresh orange diced for garnish (optional)
Direcciones
- Defrost orange concentrate, but don't dilute. Pour it into a blender or possibly food processor (using the steel blade). Add in the cottage cheese, lowfat milk, and vanilla. Process till cottage cheese is completely smooth. Add in cocoa, cornstarch, and fructose; blend smooth. Add in Large eggs and blend with on-off motions just till smooth; pour into pie shell.
- Place in a cool oven. Set temperature at 300. Bake undisturbed for 1 hour 10 min. Turn off oven. Leave pie in the oven, with the door slightly ajar, for 1 additional hour, or possibly till cold. Transfer pie to the refrigerator and refrigeratethoroughly. To serve: cut pie in 10 wedges.
