Receta Chocolate Orange Torte

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Semisweet chocolate
- 1/2 c. Unsalted butter, softened
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Grnd almonds
- 1/4 c. Bread crumbs
- 1 x Orange, zest of Almonds, for garnish
- 2 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
- 2 ounce Semisweet chocolate
- 1/4 c. Unsalted butter
- 2 tsp Honey
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375. Butter an 8-inch round cake pan and line the bottom with buttered waxed paper.
- Heat chocolate in the top of a double boiler. Cold. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter till fluffy. Add in sugar and Large eggs. Stir in melted chocolate, grnd almonds, bread crumbs, and orange zest. Pour batter into pan and bake 25-30 min. Frost with chocolate glaze.
- CHOCOLATE GLAZE: Heat in double boiler.
