  1. Put together first 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Add in butter, peanut butter, and lowfat milk; beat 2 min on medium speed of electric mixer. Add in large eggs; beat 2 min on medium speed. Mix in 1 1/3 cups minced peanuts. Pour batter into 3 greased and lightly floured 9- inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean (don't over bake). Cool in pans 10 min; remove layers from pans, and cool completely.Spread Chocolate-Peanut Butter Frosting between layers and on top and sides of cake; refrigerate 1 hour or possibly till hard. Heat chocolate morsels in top of a double boiler over hot water. Drizzle around top edge and down sides of cake. Sprinkle 2 to 4 tbsp minced peanuts on top. Refrigerate till ready to serve. Yield: one 3-layer cake.
