  • 1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
  • 1 box (3.5-ounce) instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1 stk softened butter
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 pkt (6-ounce) chocolate pcs
  • 1 ounce Grated German's sweet chocolate
  • 1 c. Minced pecans
  • 1 pkt (8-ounce) soft cream cheese
  • 1 lb Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Minced nuts
  • 1 1/3 c. Coconut

Direcciones

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients for 2 min at medium speed. Stir in chocolate pcs, grated chocolate and nuts. Place in greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. Cold in pan for 25 min. Turn and cold completely.
  2. Frosting: Beat cream cheese till light and fluffy. Beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in nuts and coconut. Frost the cooled cake.
