Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Peanut butter
- 3/4 ounce Quick-cooking oats
- 2 tsp Unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. Plus 1 1/2 tsp water
- 3 tsp Sugar or possibly equivalent
- 1/3 c. Non-fat dry lowfat milk
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Place mix on wax paper and shape into a log. Roll up wax paper and refrigeratein the refrigerator at least 30 min.
