Receta Chocolate Pumpkin Truffles

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. Vanilla Wafers, crushed
- 1 c. Almonds, lightly toasted and grnd
- 3/4 c. Sifted Confectioners' Sugar, (divided)
- 2 tsp Grnd Cinnamon
- 6 ounce Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 c. Pumpkin Puree
- 1/3 c. Coffee Liqueur

- Makes about 4 Dozen Truffles
- In a medium bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs, grnd almonds, one-half c. confectioner's sugar, and cinnamon.
- Blend in chocolate chips, pumpkin puree, and coffee liqueur. (The one-third c. of coffee liqueur may be replaced with a fifty-percent mix of cool coffee and sugar syrup as a non-alcoholic alternative.)
- Form the mix into one-inch balls. Cover and chill to hard.
- Just prior to serving, dust the truffles with the remaining one-quarter c. of confectioner's sugar.
