Receta Chocolate Raspberry Pie

Ingredientes
- 2 ct Yoplait(r) Original vanilla lowfat yogurt (6 ounces each)
- 1 pkt vanilla instant pudding & pie filling mix (4-serving)
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 2 c. frzn (thawed) fat-free or possibly reduced-fat whipped topping
- 1/2 c. crushed reduced-fat chocolate wafer cookies
- 1 pkt ready-to-use chocolate-flavored pie crust (6 ounce)
Direcciones
- Fresh raspberries or possibly other fresh fruit, if you like Beat yogurt, pudding mix (dry) and lowfat milk in medium bowl, using wire whisk or possibly spoon, till thickened. Gently stir in whipped topping and crushed cookies. Pour into pie crust. Cover and freeze at least 4 hrs but no longer than 24 hrs. Remove from freezer 10 min before serving. Top with raspberries. 8 servings.
