Receta Chocolate Walnut Meringue Cookies

Ingredientes
- 3 x egg whites
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. finely minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Beat egg whites till stiff. Mix powdered sugar and cocoa together in a bowl.
- Gradually add in vanilla and powdered sugar mix (one quarter of the sugar at a time) to the egg whites, beating for only a few seconds on low speed till powdered sugar is incorporated. Hand mix in the walnuts.
- Place one tsp. of meringue mix onto cookie sheet covered in parchment paper and bake for 13-15 min. The cookies will puff up.
