Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/3 c. quick cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 T lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 to 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. finely shredded zucchini, carrots, pears or possibly peaches
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Put together first 4 ingredients and set aside. Beat butter till fluffy. Add in sugar, large eggs, lowfat milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Add in fruit or possibly vegetables. Add in flour mix, 1/3 at a time till combined. Add in nuts.Bake in 5 1/2 cup ring mold or possibly 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min for ring mold; 55 to 60 min for loaf pan, or possibly till they test done.
