Receta Chow Mein Snack

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 2 c. Chow mein noodles
- 2 c. Bite-size crispy corn cereal squares
- 2 c. Oat cereal round
- 1 c. Peanuts unsalted, (optional)
Direcciones
- In a large skillet over low heat, heat butter. Stir in soy sauce, onion pwdr, lemon pepper and garlic pwdr till well blended.
- Add in noodles, corn and oat cereals and optional peanuts. Stir over low heat for 2 to 3 min or possibly till moisture is absorbed. Cold on paper towels.
- Store in an airtight container in a cold place.
