Ingredientes
- 1 c. Butter softened
- 8 ounce Cream cheese softened
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp Grated lemon rind
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 3/4 c. Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. Seedless raisins
- 1/2 c. Golden brown raisins
- 1/2 c. Mixed candied fruit or possibly peel
- 1/2 c. Minced marachino or possibly Candied cherries
- 1/2 c. Nuts
- 1/4 c. Flour
Direcciones
- Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add in sugar. Beat well. Beat in vanilla and lemon rind. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beat well after each egg. Mix flour and baking pwdr together. Put 1/4 c. flour over fruit in bowl and mix it. Mix into batter.
- Makes 2 loaves or possibly 1 Bundt cake. Bake at 300 F for 70 to 80 min or possibly till toothpick put in centre comes out clean. Cold in pan for 10 min. Then turn out on wire rack. Let cold completely.
- Option: Dust with icing sugar or possibly drizzle with glaze.
