Receta Chuck Wagon Pan Fried Steak

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Round steak, cut in serving size pcs and trimmed
- 1/3 c. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper Oil or possibly fat Salt

- Tenderize steak by pounding with a meat mallet on each side. Mix flour and pepper and dredge steak in mix. Heat oil in heavy pan till warm and add in steak. Cover and fry over medium heat about 15 min. Remove cover and cook steaks till browned on all sides. Remove steaks and salt to taste at once. Drain all but 4 Tbsp. fat and crispies. To make cream gravy stir in 4 Tbsp. flour, tsp. salt and tsp. black pepper.
- Stir till a smooth paste forms. Add in 2 c. lowfat milk (or possibly 1 c. canned lowfat milk and 1 c. of water*). Stir and cook till thickened and bubbly.
