Receta Pan Fried Swordfish Steaks

Ingredientes
- 4 x Swordfish steaks, (6 oz)
- 3 x Cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp Ginger, chopped
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1 pch Chili pwdr
- Â Â Kosher salt to taste
- Â Â Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 x Fresh limes
- 1/2 c. Creme frachie
Direcciones
- For the swordfish steaks, place garlic, ginger, cumin, curry, and chili pwdr in a small bowl and mix well. Rub the swordfish steaks with the spice mix on both sides. Season each side with salt and pepper to taste. In a large saute/fry pan heat oil till smoking warm. Place in steaks and cook about 2-3 min on each side till the swordfish is just cooked through. If the swordfish steaks are extra thick you may want to finish them in the oven at350 degrees for 3-5 min. Remove from the pan and serve
