- 2 x Avocados, peeled, seeded and minced Juice of one lime
- 1/2 c. Onion, finely minced
- 1/2 x Yellow pepper, seeded, and finely minced
- 3 x Plum tomatoes, minced
- 1 x Jalapeno, seeded, and finely minced Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and gently toss to together with a fork.
- Variation: Mash the avocados and stir in remaining ingredients.
