- 2 c. water or possibly chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c. rice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. chopped mint
Direcciones
- Bring the water or possibly chicken broth to a boil over medium-high heat. Add in the salt and rice, stir, reduce the heat to low and cook, covered, till the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed, about 15 min. Stir in the cilantro and mint.
- This recipe yields 2 to 3 servings.
