- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. Cilantro leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Salt Freshly-grnd black pepper
- 2 lb Small new potatoes unpeeled, halved, and cooked
- 1/3 c. Finely-chopped onions
Direcciones
- In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise with cilantro, garlic, salt and 7 turns black pepper. Add in potatoes and onions and toss to combine thoroughly; cover and chill up to 24 hrs before serving.
- This recipe yields 5 to 6 servings.
