Receta Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 pound hash browns or possibly potatoes O'Brien
- 1 onion (if using hash browns)
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 c. corn flakes
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except for the corn flakes. Mix well, then place in a casserole dish. Place corn flakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees till potatoes are done.
