Receta Cinnamon Apple Dessert Pizza

Ingredientes
- 1 (18 1/2 ounce) pkg. white or possibly yellow cake mix
- 1 1/4 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts or possibly pecans
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1 (21 ounce) can pie filling (apple, blueberry, strawberry, raspberry or possibly any other)
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12x15 inch pizza pan or possibly 9x13 inch baking pan.In large bowl, using electric mixer, put together cake mix (I use Duncan Hines), oats, and 6 tbsp softened butter till crumbly. Scoop out 1 cup of these crumbs and set aside for topping.
- To remaining crumbs, blend in egg. Press this mix evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 12 min.
- Turn reserved crumbs into bowl and add in remaining 2 tbsp butter, walnuts, sugar and cinnamon; beat at low speed till well mixed.
- Spread pie filling on top of baked base. Sprinkle with cinnamon-crumb mix. Return to oven and bake about 20 to 25 min longer or possibly till crumbs are a light golden. Cool completely. Cut into wedges or possibly squares. Top with whipped cream or possibly ice cream. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
