Receta Cinnamon Balls

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Corn flake crumbs
- 1 c. Soft butter or possibly margarine
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Finely minced pecans
- 1 1/2 c. Sifted powdered sugar
Direcciones
- Sift flour & cinnamon. Mix with corn flake crumbs. Blend butter, sugar & vanilla. Add in dry ingredients & pecans. Mix well. Shape into small balls & place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 about 25 min. Remove from baking sheet & roll at once in powdered sugar.
- Yields 4 dozen.
