Receta Cinnamon Raisin Snack Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Butter, softened
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. Cream sugar with butter. Add in flour, soda, cream of tartar, salt, vanilla, and egg; mix well.
- Stir in raisins. Press dough into pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min till set. Cold completely. Drizzle with glaze. (3/4 c. powdered sugar mixed with 3-5 tsp. lowfat milk).
