Ingredientes

  • 1 bn scallions/shallots
  • 1/2 lrg Bunch parsley
  • 2 can Whole pimentos
  • 2 lrg Pods garlic
  • 3 prt salad oil to 1 part White vinegar Salt Pepper Dry mustard Red pepper
  • 5 lb Boiled shelled cleaned Shrimp or possibly defrosted frzn

Direcciones

  1. Chop vegetables fine in a food processor or possibly blender. Add in to oil/ vinegar mix. Mix well. Season to taste with other seasonings. Pour mix over shrimp, turn several times. Chill for at least 24 hrs, mixing occasionally. Drain liquid to serve. Serve with toothpicks.
