Ingredientes
- 1 c. strong warm coffee
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. nonfat lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. coconut rum
- 2 c. ice cubes Freshly-grnd nutmeg to taste
Direcciones
- Pour coffee and sugar into blender and pulse a few times to dissolve sugar. Add in lowfat milk and coconut rum. Add in ice cubes and blend till drink is frothy and ice cubes are crushed, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pour into 2 glasses, spooning foam on top of drink. Top with grnd nutmeg.
