  1. Put lowfat milk, 1/2 c. sugar, salt and coconut in double boiler and let come to near boiling point. Mix egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar and cornstarch and add in to mix in double boiler and cook till thick. Add in butter, vanilla and almond extract. Cold and pour into baked pie shell.
