Receta Coconut Fish Roe Sambal (Sambal Kelapa Dengan Telur Terubuk)

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Desiccated or possibly freshly grated coconut
- 1 ounce Fish roe, minced
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Grnd chilli
- 1 x Lemon, juice only
- 2 ounce Warm water to moisten coconut
- 1 x Onion, grated
- 1 x One-inch piece ginger, scraped and grated Salt, to taste
Direcciones
- Mix everything together in a saucepan. Cook on low heat for 20 min with the lid on. Stir occasionally to prevent it from burning.
