  • 1 loaf white bread
  • 1 x 7oz pkg. flaked coconut
  • 12 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Direcciones

  1. In a medium pot, whisk together Large eggs, lowfat milk, cinnamon, and sugar. Place coconut in pie pan. Heat griddle, keeping well greased. Dip each slice bread in egg mix, then dip in coconut. Pat each side to coat well. Fry on griddle till each side is golden. Serve with powdered sugar or possibly syrup.
