Receta Coconut Gin Sherbet

Ingredientes
- 250 gm grated fresh coconut
- 5 dl water
- 250 gm sugar
- 1 Tbsp. gin
Direcciones
- Simmer the grated coconut in the water for 20 min. Add in the sugar and simmer for 5 more min. Cold till at room temperature. Strain, add in the gin and pour in the icecream maker. Freeze in the machine till stiff.
