Receta Raspberry Jello Ring With Filling

Ingredientes
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (6 ounce) pkg. raspberry Jello
- 1 pt. raspberry sherbet
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, liquid removed
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can pineapple chunks, liquid removed
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. colored miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Pour boiling water over Jello in bowl. Stir till Jello is dissolved. Stir in raspberry sherbet till melted. Pour into 4 cup ring mold. Refrigerate till hard.
- Put together mandarin oranges, pineapple, coconut, and marshmallows. Mix in lowfat sour cream. Refrigerate at least 3 hrs. Just before serving, fill center of unmolded Jello with filling.
