Receta Mandarin Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 pkg. orange Jello (3 ounce.)
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 pt. orange sherbet
- 11 ounce. mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 13 ounce. pineapple tidbits, liquid removed
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Mix last 5 ingredients together well and chill. Make Jellos; add in sherbet right away. Stir till melted (may be foamy). Put in ring mold till hard.
- Unfold Jello on a dish larger than mold. Put small amount of mix all around edge. Pile rest in center.
