Receta Coffee Can Pumpkin Cake

Ingredientes
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon each: cloves, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 2 c. (1 can) pumpkin
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. nuts
- 4 (1 pound) coffee cans, emptied
Direcciones
- Mix all dry ingredients; fold in all liquids and blend. Fill greased coffee cans half full. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Makes 4 loaves or possibly cakes.
