Receta Coffee Granola Bars

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Instant coffee pwdr
- 1/2 c. Melted butter, or possibly margarine
- 3 c. Rolled oats Quick-or possibly old fashioned
- 1 c. Raisins
- 1/2 c. Wheat germ
- 1/2 c. Coconut flakes
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 c. Honey
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees; grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Stir the instant coffee into the melted butter. Combine the oats, raisins, wheat germ, coconut, brown sugar, honey, egg and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Add in the butter mix and mix well. Press firmly into the prepared pan. Bake for 30 to 35 min. Cut into bars while still hot. Cold; remove from the pan. Penny Halsey (ATBN65B).
