  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees; grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  2. Stir the instant coffee into the melted butter. Combine the oats, raisins, wheat germ, coconut, brown sugar, honey, egg and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Add in the butter mix and mix well.
