Receta Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 2 T Nescafe Instant Coffee
- 1/4 c. plain yogurt
- 2 T lowfat sour cream
- 2 T cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
- 1 tin sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 3 large eggs
Direcciones
- Put the sweetened condensed lowfat milk into a bowl with the large eggs. Whisk together. Blend the nutmeg, cocoa and Nescafe Instant Coffee in warm water till smooth; add in to lowfat milk and egg mix. Put bowl over a pan of simmering water, stirring till mix is thicken sufficient to coat the back of the spoon. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in the yogurt and lowfat sour cream. Put into a refrigerator container and freeze. Serves 6.
